We used Ancora Law, in particular Matthew, when our Community Benefit Society recently purchased the local pub that had been closed for 3 years. Sellers wanted to complete quickly but provided poor information. Matthew ensured we covered everything necessary and were not hurried. He expertly guided us all the way. We will use Ancora Law again for the lease agreement when we come to appoint a tenant.

I can’t recommend Ancora Law and Hannah highly enough. They were efficient and got everything done quickly, but more importantly were always at the end of a phone and super easy to get hold of. Hannah really helped in pushing through a difficult exchange and l would recommend them to anyone!
