Ancora Law is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join our growing Real Estate team.

About the Role
You’ll manage a varied and engaging caseload of commercial property matters, advising a wide range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors, and occupiers.
Your work will span a broad spectrum of property transactions, including:
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
Property finance and secured lending
Development projects and site assembly
Landlord and tenant matters and general estate management
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm and play an active role in maintaining and developing long-standing client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
Strong technical skills and the ability to manage files with autonomy
Excellent communication and client care abilities
A commercial, pragmatic approach to legal advice
Confidence in building rapport and contributing to business development
A collaborative, flexible mindset and a proactive work ethic
