One of the regulatory obligations to which we are subject is to collect diversity data in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requirements and to publish it where it is appropriate to do so.
We have now gathered updated diversity data from our team. However, given the size of the firm and the limited number of responses obtained, publishing detailed data could risk identifying individual staff members. In line with SRA guidance, we have chosen not to publish a full breakdown in order to maintain confidentiality and protect anonymity.
